Bluetooth device is not found

Hi! I have a bluetooth device from bodymedia, my Z1 compact cant find it. What can I do? Other phones find it and can connect, seems like its a sony&android problem, who can help?

Are you sure the sony device can't find it? What device is it? Maybe you can pair with NFC.

Yes, my pc finds the device the xperia z1 not. Bluetooth is the only way, or usb.

Try to make the Z1 visible to all bluetooth devices.

I tried that. but the device has no disply it just sends data, so I need to see it on my phone just to connect an import data

The same with SWR10,no display but it has a button that you have to press to be able to pair it with Z1.

Yes the device also has a button to put it into bluetooth mode and I tried that. as I said, my cumputer, iphones and samsung devices also found it, just my xperia does not. any software possibilities which I can try?

Restart your Z1,try again.Maybe check in safe mode:

cool, so this works how do I do that now in the normal mode?

It means you have an app that is not allowing it to connect to the device.It could be a task killer,antivirus etc.What have you installed lately?
