Xperia Z Tablet

Hi everyone

Excuse my English isn't good I bought a sonny Xperia 2 weeks ago and now the the Tablet Z refuse to on. I have do everything but nothing change at all. If I plug it it charging very well but it refuses to on . I need help please.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried holding down the power key and the volume Up key together for around 10 seconds and then tried to turn the Tablet on?

If this does not work, and it continues then I suggest performing a software repair on the device. Please use the instructions below to perform this task.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Tablet
11. Follow the connection steps

Thanks for the suggestions ,i  tried holding down the power key and the volume Up key together for around 10 seconds but it didnt work.

I tried to install Pc Companion but when i plug the Tablet to the laptop using cable it cant detect the Tablet. The tablet wrote "Sony " and then show the batterie full but oit cant detect the tablet. The tablet cant on but it can charge in fact when i plug it it show that the batery is full. lease help i dont know what the problem is exactly.

When performing the above instructions, make sure the Tablet is turned off and never turned on and make sure the cable is not connected to the device until  the last step of the instructions it will tell you when to connect.

Hi i found out that the key on is not working anymore. i went to somebody he flash the tablet it wasblocked. after flashing he tablet now the vlume disapear and he say that i have to reare the key one button. Now i cant shut down my tablet and the olume is not working. What can i do for the volume to continue working like before? i am confuse

The probleme is not yet solve unfortunetly. Still looking for help because Sony Morocco are not reparing tablet or phone.
