Sony Xperia SP main problem

Hi Sony, After bring my Sony Xperia SP to the support center for full diagnosis checking, they help me reinstall the software again. Unfortunately, my Sony Xperia SP still remain some bug/problem.
- Mobile Bravia Engine 2 still not working.
- LED light effect still not working(light does not blink) when playing music.
- Performance of the phone still very slow, phone freezing often happening and application always stop working/not responding.
- RAM sometimes will overload even i did not open any application.

Until now these problem still remain with me and there are many Sony Xperia SP user are having the same problem like me or worse. Please do something about this software update problem.

Currently my software version is Android JellyBean 4.3 Build Number 12.1.A.0.266 , will Sony release new version of Android JellyBean 4.3 Build Number or new software Android Kitkat 4.4 to overcome our problem? Thank You for answering.

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

Before reinstalling your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

In Spain they say me too any SP have problems, I tell them aborto this foro, and they say me they don't know this foro and that all people who write here doesn't know what they speak!

Hello, You did not answer to a question. What you are going to do with the faulty software and when. Just roughly, please !

 I have used the SUS and it is a bit better now, but not good enough.

So, once again: When is the fix comming? Is it comming within the next month or later? We need to know that, we can downgrade to 4.1 and wait while using our phones

Btw, I would love to have 4.4 kitkat in my sp amd forget about 4.3

My question for mr Johan, Is Bravia engine works in your sp hand set for pictures.

That is very big problem, I tried every thing. Factory reset, repair android with fresh copy also updated new album version but Bravia engine only work in videos but not for pictures.

I have tried to use the Update service few times, but still my problem did not fix yet.

I have faced these problems even after multiple flashing of official 4.3 rom which i decrypted from SUS...

1. Heavy ram usage sometimes and multitasking becomes difficult. I usually have around 200+ ram available but sometimes i see only 100 or less ram free. As a result, multitasking becomes difficult,
2. Uninstallation progress bar graphics bug,
3. Volume slider graphics bug when using themes except the default themes which comes pre-installed,
4. Sometimes in a game the volume button doesn't work and no volume slider is shown but when i minimize the game it works again,
5. No im picture is shown of myself in messaging,
6. White balance setting resets automatically if i shut down the phone and then switch on again,
7. No Bravia Engine in album,
8. Rhythmic LED light bug in walkman when song is played at full volume,
9. The LED light always ON when in call,
10. In the phone settings some windows scrolling animation are not as smooth as other windows. Example : Settings -> Xperia,
11. 3 transparent navigation buttons at the bottom of the display becomes non transparent in a special window in settings. Settings -> Xperia.

Please check and see if everyone here is facing the same problem or is it just me ??? :crying:

I thought sony makes only good phones i am very disappointed with this phone. when i had android 4.1 it was fast but with a garbage camera. Now after updating to android 4.3 the phone is very very slow and stil the camera is more garbage even though i used sony updater and did a clean install. I am throwing this garbage phone. No sony xperia anymore
