Hi.After update to 5.0.2,These problem happened.Factory reset and PC companion don't help.Even at 4.4.2 and 4.4.4 they were broken ,too.

Does that mean it is a hardware failure?

But how can they be broken at the same time when update to lollipop?

The phone don't have diagonstics in setting.

I have tried tests in service menu.

1 unlock the screen
2 pull down the notification bar
3 tap on the settings icon, aka a gear icon
