This model has the higher level of Radio Exposure (SAR) from what I see among all the smartphones: 1.62 W/kg. The max levels are 2 W/kg in Europe and 1.6 W/kg in US. Many models from Motorola or Samsung don't reach even 1 W/kg level. So how worry should we be? I know, the answer from Sony will be, of course : don't be ! Still, people should know that it has a high level of SAR.

so, if you opened all of them , sar is 1.60.

SAR means Specific Absorption Rate, not Radio Exposure. It's a measurement of a heating effect, not radiation.
I've noticed before (on other mobiles) that my ear becomes hot if I talk too long; if this happens, it is recommended to use earphones.
I don't think you should be too worried. We live in a wireless world, your phone won't be the one to kill you off.
SAR is due to Radio Exposure that's what I meant and it's not a heating effect, it's about radiation effect and more important is that we keep the phone near brain. The danger is not the heat, but the radiation and how much of it your tissue absorpts. If it's not that much big deal why the countries put a max level of it? Wireless world is one thing, to damage your brain without knowing is another.

I am even ready to die of cancer of ears due to this SAR if Sony improves speakerphone volume and 5M camera pic clarity.
I'm sorry, the thing is, it's thermal radiation, not ionizing radiation.
