music output still poor after 184 update

Although the new update has increased the volume of the rear speaker but the crackling sound is still present and is now more audible due to increased volume.

Also the music volume through the earphone have not increased and remains too low to be enjoyable. It is very disappointing that sony could not correct this 3 months after releasing the phone and after 3 software updates.

Kindly resolve them sincerely in the next update sony developers...

I have not seen any improvement in speakerphone volume. (for .184) Only in call volume may have increased slightly. But not sure. There is no change in volume for video clips(media)

Can someone from sony support team confirm that the issue have been taken into  notice...
