Xperia SX - problem with wifi tethering

Hi Guys,

I have bought an Xperia SX (SO-05D) recently. It functions well, except for the following features:

- cannot share my 3G trough wifi tethering - when I turn it on, the device gives me the following error message: 'Network error occurred', and turns off tethering.

- can't send contact information in SMS - 'Content cannot be added to message'

- no option to create MMS

Could anyone provide some help to solve the issues above?

I am using the Xperia SX in the USA on AT&T.  I have the exact same problems.  When I activate WiFi tethering, I often get an error (Network error occurred).  I also have not found a way to send or receive MMS.  When people send me MMS, I never receive the message and they never get an error.

I have also run into some odd Bluetooth issues where the phone wasn't connecting to my headset.  I often have to cycle Bluetooth off/on.

I also see some odd WiFi behavior where it's not finding known hotspots.  I often cycle WiFi off/on.

Did you find any resolution for this problem? I have the same problem with my xperia SX.

Still no solution to this problem.  WiFi Hotspot does not work.  Howver, I've been using the BlueDUN app to tether my tablet and that helps in some situations.
