Sony Xperia T camera problem?/ Apps freezing also

Just wondering if anyone is expieriencing the same problem as me with my Xperia T where when I use the video camera on my phone it will record for 3-4 seconds then freeze stop recording. It sometimes happens also where my apps get paused also, for example could be playing temple run and game will pause suddenly? Please any help would be very much appreciated....wrecking my head this small problem

Sounds like an interruption by a running app. What do you have running in the background. I remember I had a third party app that did this. As soon as I uninstalled it, it worked fine.
