Xperia SP and lumia 830 sms problem

Please for our help.

I have a xperia SP and have this problem.
My girl just bought a new phone  - lumia 830
and when she text me it doesnt display the text when she makes new rows.
for example: when she writes:

i dont get it the same but it is:
texttexttext

every one else that send me text is OK, and when she sends to someone else, its ok.., but when she text me that problem happens.

by her privious phone (samsung trend) it was ok..

Is it possible becuse the lumia has a windows and xperia has android?

The problem is her phone, which messaging app is she using? that could be the cause.

She is using the software that is allready on the phone.

Is there any chance to correct any setting so it would be ok?

do you know if other friends experience the same issue as you do when she send them messages? as far as correcting anything that will be on her phone, and I don't have a windows phone ot figure it out, sorry.
