xperia sp 4.3 problem after updating

Just after update to 4.3 when screen times out the screen is flickering 3-4 times as the brightnes goes away, i mean the screen timeout transition is not smooth. Anyone have this issue?

i have the same problem....i went to service center to ask them , to flash my phone to previous lb 4.1.2 which was  working perfect.but they cant do...its a good phone..but that update ruined its popularty ...im also still find and waiting the solution from sony and any new update which may solve all my problems...

Problem solved in the new software update 12.1.A.1.205.

It is available for download in "Update Center".

My Xperia SP C5302 have a lot of problems. It's touch screen will not respond properly. I need to tap several times for response. WiFi does not catch signals even when the signal is strong. Walkman stops working without any reason. Camera quality is very poor.
Stating these problems I mailed to Sony. But they advised me to update. I haven't performed update. My phone runs on 4.1.2 build no. 12.0.A.2.2.254. I read about bugs with the firmware update. Can anybody suggest a solution to fix problems of my phone. Please help!!!

Why dont you guys try Rooting XSP....Its very very easy...and brings solutions to all kinds of problems.

Just when I thought of discarding my XSP, visting XDA forums gave my phone a new leash of life.I rooted it.Installed DOOMKernel V13 and believe me..all probs were gone.I installed Pure(TM) mods, Fly-ON script, Adrenaline V6 Supercharger script,Debloated my XSP, and Greenified it.I love this phone now.Its been more than a year with it.

Aii mines is worst, it keeps saying xperia home is not responding, xperia processes is not responding,the screen goes dark, the phone freezes everyday sometimes for so long i have to open the phone and disconnect the battery terminal. So right now my phone is useless...
