Xperia S Model: Internet problem

I am Chaitanya from India; state: Andhra Pradesh. I have Sony "Xperia S" model. I have used "Airtel" sim card for internet and found working. Recently changed to Idea Sim card then no internet working. Crosscheked with Airterl sim card again found internet working.

Phone was reset to factory data reset, Data Usage-->Mobile Data-->On, No data limit option used; MObile network settings--> Data enable-->On

Android Version: 4.0.4;

Build Number: 6.1.A.2.55

Do you any solution / Suggestion ?

Hi chaitanya,

Whenever you change your SIM card internet settings will download automatically, so after changing your Sim card goto->settings->more->mobile networks->access point names(APN) settings and check your internet and mms settings are downloaded and also check whether internet APN is selected, if you didn't see any APN  then goto settings->xperia->internet settings to download.

And also jelly bean update is available now, for updating use SUS, do a factory reset update below is the link to download the SUS

APN and Internet setting available; againdownloded internet setting again....same issue.

Will try the reset/upgrade in the link you provided. It will take a day or two... as we dont have at the movement. Will update once done....Thank you for the help

try switching airplane mode and swirch it off after 1 min, sometimes this will work if not then contact your Idea customer care they will reset.
