My phone's speaker has stopped working. I can only hear calls when I use the earpiece. I have not updated the software recently. What could have happened. Any help will be appreciated
Try to disconnect the headset from the phone while playing a song in the Walkman player. Then restart the phone and see if the speaker works. You could also try to blow in the 3,5 mm contact to remove any kind of dirt.
If the problem persists, try to start your phone in safe mode and try again:
