My Xperia Neo V don't dowload any thing

Hi everyone!!!

Please I need your help; I can't dowload anything on my Xperia Neo V; neither Apps from Android Market nor Images...from the internet

I have configurated my Gmail account on it and I have the 2.2.10 version of Android Market. I noted  also that I havn't the playstore icone on my phone!!!!!! (I have integrated an SD card 8G in it)

So please help me to dowload all I want on my Xperia

Do you have a low storage warning on your phone? Please check under settings > storage. 

Have you tried to download both using Wi-Fi and the mobile network (3G)?

I checked out my strorage and avery thing in normal (the SD card work correctly and the interne strorage is about 250 Mo)

I use always WIFI with speed flux!!!!!!!

Try to clear data for downloads and Google Play Store. Go to settings > apps > all downloads/Google Play Store > clear data. 

Restart the phone and try again. 

If you still experience problem, try to connect to another Wi-Fi network or try to factory reset the phone. Go to settings > privacy/backup and reset > reset to standard settings.

Try to clear data for download manager. If that doesn't help I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software >  "Repair phone".
