Problems with XPERIA M mobile

I am facing to many problems with XPERIA M mobile.

Incoming calls are disconnecting for single ring and phone doesn't show any incoming call or missed call in the cal list. This is complained by somany of my friends while reaching me.

And some times it will show error message for incoming calls as "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" with a button "ok" if i press ok button, call automatically disconnected and it will not show any missed call in the call list and network disconnect and connect will happen for all the calls.

Recently flash has stopped working.

SONY has to solve my all these issues plz.

Do you experience the same behavior if you start the phone in safe mode?

If you experience the same behavior I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".
