xperia p notification problem

day b4 yesterday i updated my xperia p to ICS. till now all went good but just 10 min b4 notification ringtone doesn't seem to work, the phone only vibrates while notifying something(new message, or any popup....etc ). please help me out in this. tried changing my notification tone, set the volume to max but nthng worked for me.

s the bug is there for few still in .100 update .. i am facing it

actually in .400 update i didnt notice tat bug .. but in this latest .100 update i have the bug

solution is when u put the default notification to silent , ur msg rings properly :smileysilly:.. and when u set a tone for default notification then the problem starts again

I don't get what you mention in your previous post. what did you mention "default notification to silent" ?

What you mention is that I need to set silent mode?

I use light flow lite app and tried. but fail.

It is a grate help if you can little bit clarify how did you do this.

Did you notice that the notification light is also not working. However only the notification light is working when you have plug the XP to charger and it is in charging.

s it is not a bug .. its becoz of stamina mode :smileygrin: .. in stamina mode ull not get the notification lights,, if u switch off stamina mode ull get the light ,, its sonys style ,, sony thinks tat they can save power with the LED light ,, as i have rooted i installed a modified stamina mode file so it lights even when i switch on stamina mode .. :smileylaugh::smileylaugh:
