  Help. I have just purchased an Experia ZL and am learning how to use its many applications. I am new to smartphones so please bear with me. I take videos but when I try to play them, its says its loading the video and after a while a screen pops up telling me it cannot play video. Can anyone tell what I am doing wrong?

Are you trying to play videos that you have recorded by yourself in the phone? In that case, go to settings > apps > the tab all > album > clear data. To the same with the app "movies". Restart your phone and try again.
