Hi I am from Bangladesh. I have used my xperia neo V for 9 months. Suddenly it is not being able to detect SIM card. I have tried factory reset but it is not working. Need help to solve this problem.
my phone is MT11i and imei no. is 358517044201441 and serial no. 1254-8966. i bought the phone a year ago. after that my simcard slot went wrong and xperia replaced it when in warranty. at that time i was in chennai and i used to use airtel and bsnl sims there.they worked fine.i came to my hometown after that i mean tripura. here after i used airtel or other sims none sim worked except vodafone when other sims worked fine on other xperia phones and non-xperia phones.but at that time my warranty expired.i showed many times in service centre about this matter but i donot know why they couldnot help me in this matter.my job sheet no.last time when i asked for the same problem is W113102201625. i even called xperia regarding this matter many times but they used to say me it is my sim fault and they used to disconnect the call from their side. the thing is it was my dream phone and i brought it even having financial problems but it costed me much. i have given service centre a total fee of 3000 rupees regarding the sim problem but they couldnot help me in this matter. every time i get a negative feedback. now it is my humble request please help me in this matter.
