Touch screen problem in Xperia SP

Hi dear Sony support

I am one of Sony brand fans and buy an Xperia SP two months ago. unfortunately, a block on top of screen with the size of whole wide * 2CM does'nt detect any touch!

Help me please

i m facing d same problem as yours ... i took it to the service centre... they told me to change the touchscreen .... how did u solve the problem ..... please please please reply....
