Xperia M update problems

Does anybody knows how themes will work on sony xperia m 4.3?

It says the device isn't compatible!!
Even though we have android 4.3

and I have updated by updating xperia's update center from (some link) is it safe or my phone is at risk?

i think it is safe because update is given by sony.............

i downloaded the date using xperia

Xperia m - I downloaded the date using update centr,but at the time of installation process end up half its way, and the phone restarts with the older version, I repeated it 4 time but faced the same problem, even after factory data reset.
