Xperia lounge App problem

The Xperia lounge App keeps giving me the message "For Xperia users only" I'm using an Xperia Z
Is there any fix for this? Thanks

Have you unlocked your bootloader? do you have a custom ROM?

I am having the same problem too, It keeps saying I am not a Xperia User when I own a Xperia Z. My phone is stock too I have not messed with anything on it.

I have sorted it now. I had too force close the app, clear the cache and data in settings. Then just started the app back up and it recognised my phone.
