dual sim problem

when iam using one sim in internet connection the other sim network became unavilable
and this problem in all phones in egypt
any ony have a solution

is it normal or a fault can be fixed from setting or what

In Xperia M dual you can't have the booth SIM cards connected to the same network, in this case the GSM network since you have the E icon. 

If you have a 3G network available you should set one of you SIM card (the one you prefer to use mobile data from) to connect to the WCDMA (3g) network. 

1. Open 'Settings'
2. Under "Wireless & Networks" click "More...", and then "Mobile networks"
3. Click "Select SIM card" and select the SIM card you would like for data transmission.
4. A new window pops up, click "Network Mode".
5. Select "WCDMA (preferred)/GSM".
