You can try to clear data for Google Play Store and Google Play Services.
Go to Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Google Play Store > Clear data. Do the same for Google Play Services, restart your unit and try again.
Go to Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Google Play Store > Uninstall updates. You can also try to clear data for Download manager which also can be found under the tab "All".
In that case, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your unit via Update Service:

the same problem here!! i cannot download any apps in google play..it said the application stop..the same wtih DHEEPSS
