Internet Connection Problem with broswer and apps

my Facebook , broswer and similar apps do not work anymore on my phone. Wi fi works with net but not apps.

It was working before, so i dont think its a network problem or credits.

I changed the setting a few times with - settings/network mode, and network operators but to still no go.

It could be:

1. faulty SIM card
2. Network issues
3. Wrong/missing APN settings (settings > Xperia > internet settings)
4. an app acting up (taskiller, task manager, antivirus, ram apps)
