Xperia go shutdown when insert SIM or call

hi. all

today my phone has problem it shutdown your self.  i try to boot  it without SIM it work normally but when i insert SIM and boot it run at Xperia LOGO  then shutdown or sometime it boot normally but few minute it shutdown or ifI calling in or out it shutdown 

I try solve by

1. format factory

2. repair with SUS and PCC

3. change SIM    

can't fix it . I pretty sure SIM not have problem because I insert to another phone it work fine.

Hi, since software repair is not able to resolve the issue, suspect it is a hardware issue.

It is best to send phone to your local Service Centre to have it checked.

really , that is bad news for me. dealer in THAILAND very very pool service  they don't have knowledge and skill about phone I hope other way to fix my problem
