Access Point Names Error

Hi, 

I'm having a problem in my phone Xperia L. I am unable to access internet services. I tried to add new APN of Vodafone network due it didn't respond. It doesn't show any New APN. Now I'm very confused. Should I format the cell phone ?? Or is there any other option to resolve this issue. Please reply.

Either 

1. settings > xperia > internet settings 

or 

2. settings > more > mobile networks > access point names > menu > add New > enter the info > menu > save

Sorry for that .... but its not happening.. I mean New APN is not generating. I've created two times but after saving the new apn it remains unvisible.

When you add the new APN, make sure that you enter correct MNC and MCC. Usually they are predefined and should not be changed.
