Xperia E3 bad camera ?

I bought Sony E3 for couple of weeks ago and noticed that Secondary Camera with 0,3 MP is so horrible that i could not recognize my face,  did some test and took my old much MUCH cheaper phone with the same 0.3 MP cam and that other phone had much much better quality and focus on picture,  

Is it normall for E3 to have such a crappy Secondary camera ?

its very hard to live on with it after you thought you bought a better phone which turned out to be not. 

Or it is broken somehow ? 

Because you can only se great pic if you have a light on your face, the camera is kinda dark ish sort of.

Is there any solution for me to look at the photos of your phone ?  

Without Moderator deleting the email for contact him ?

I was contacting the sony support in my area which is Norway, But werid though i got response from Swedish people and they talk swedish.  ANYWAY

I wanna to contact the Main Director of Sony Mobile !!!

I just cannot believe that this kind of a phone  ( Sony E3) has a crappier Camera Quality than a Cheap  Samsung which is 3 TIMES cheaper. 

I just cannot take or film myself with that 0.3 MP front camera, i just cannot see myself or im just all black, only if my face is lightened as in a stage.  BUT, i know about it and its low setting and etc... But i have a much MUCH lower class phone which has a lot better quality of camera than E3. 

I did buy this phone in a store, and i cannot even change it to another phone or even to the same phone. and i cannot get money back, 

I just wasnt expecting to buy a phone for this price to be better, but not worse.  and im just cant. i wanna contact the Main person of Sony Mobile, not the swedish or whatever country, BUT the main person.  

Could someone help me with tell how to to that ?
