Xperia E3 bad camera ?

I bought Sony E3 for couple of weeks ago and noticed that Secondary Camera with 0,3 MP is so horrible that i could not recognize my face,  did some test and took my old much MUCH cheaper phone with the same 0.3 MP cam and that other phone had much much better quality and focus on picture,  

Is it normall for E3 to have such a crappy Secondary camera ?

its very hard to live on with it after you thought you bought a better phone which turned out to be not. 

Or it is broken somehow ? 

Because you can only se great pic if you have a light on your face, the camera is kinda dark ish sort of.

Does your phone has a protective case and or film covering or partially covering the front facing camera?

No it doesn`t ,  Cleaned and shiny

The front facing camera will have a VGA quality .3mp so that's quite low quality but you should contact your local Xperia care

I wont be able to see the pictures until they are approved by a moderator, now, there are myriad other factors not just megapixel count.

Im gona contact support, but i also need to find people who is using exact phone to hear about them if they have the same thing
