SBH52 call unable to perform

i bought the sbh bluetooth device today i installed all the play apps and it is working properly with my samsung s3.

But when i use to make calls i just cant. I am pressing the buttons and when it say call? v  x i can select the x pressing the fwrd button but when i choose  v to make tha call bu pressing the same button the sbh does not respond.

Hi, do you confirm that you want to call with the play button just as described below:

If the behavior persists, try to reinstall the apps SBH52 in the phone.

Hi. I have the same problem. I'm not able to confirm chosen number from the call list by pressing the "play" button. Also happen that there is permanent ongoing call displaying after connecting to my sbh52 with my phone, however not any call is ongoing on my phone. I tried to reset my sbh52, I tried to reinstall my sbh52 on the phone with Google play, but not any improvement. I'm desperate. I'm using Sony Xperia z2 phone.

It looks that I just fixed the problem. After confirming the number displayed by pressing the play button, the phone was confused if i want to use phone or Skype for the call. As my phone was before with off display, I couldn't see the message. So as soon as contact who was calling you or you are calling the contact has not default calling by phone but by Skype,  the sbh52 will not be able to perform the call.
