After just 10 (ten) days using my new Xperia E, is out of service, it's imposible to turn it ON..
Provider Movistar Mexico D.F. request 12 to 15 labor days at technical service and reparir o replace phone
Its Movistar Mexico D.F. or Sony product/warranty????
Sony's Public Image and/or Quality has been afected by Movistar Mexico DF response.
Is there any thing or action I can take to get faster solution????
