SGP311 video problem

Ever since I updated tablet to Android 4.3 I've been unable totta play any youtube, vimeo or netflix videos. After a couple of seconds the screen pixelates and won't run smooth anymore. I tried to fix this with Mac companion with no success. I have 10.4.B.0.577. As I mostly use tablet for watching videos it has been unused for 3 months now. When will firmware update land Finland to adress this problem?

Are you attempting to access all of these video services through to Browser or application and when you open the video, which application have you chosen to play the video?

I have the same problem with browsers and applications with video content. For example youtube app and site opened in browser have the same problem. Video won't run smoothly and after a few seconds the screen pixelates. If I open video on a browser window and won't run it in fullscreen it sometimes won't pixelate.
