What should I do if my Xperia E always stuck and hang??

I suggest that you to run your phone in safe mode for a while to check if you still experience this. If not this may be caused by any downloaded application.

How much free RAM do you have? Atleast about 70 MB? Settings--Apps--All--Running.

Disable or unistall apps that you don't use. Don't use live wallpapers or too many widgets.
