exporting contacts from xperia x8 onto sim

How do i export all my contacts from my phone memory (xperia x8) to sim card.

Pl help someone..

Open your contacts then tap on your options then choose Export then Sim

it will be better to transfer them to google so you can sync with any device 

open the phonebook > menu > Export contacts
