Good morning Sony. Yesterday `my phone screen turned black and would not show any picture. When I would press one of the non touch screen buttons it would turn the dark black screen into a lighter black screen. I have tried turning it on and off, taking the battery out and putting back in. When I put it back on it vibrates but still shows a black screen.
When I take the battery out, replace it and charge it rather than putting it back on the battery picture does not show on the screen. If this means the phone is broken is it fixable and where would I go to get it fixed?
