my camera application does not work

. Always appear the message "unfortunately , camera has stopped". I have tried already to fix the problem via deleting apps and updating software. Even in the safe mode it does not work

I suggest that you clear data for the camera application. Go to Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Camera > Clear data.

If the problem persist you can try to make a software repair via Update Service:
