how to unlock xperia neo phone because I forgot the pin(password)?

I updated my phone to newest update.

Everything was fine.

I was setting up security lock, I did it successfully but now it is not accepting my password:smileysad:.

Now I am not getting any Idea that how to unlock it?

Everytime I insert my password it just say -"Sorry, try again".
