I have the new firmware 4.0.1.A.0.238 LT15i updated via PCC today.

Seems snappier (wishful thinking).
3D panorama (Did not work yet for me).
3D gallery app.
Screenshots in power menu.
New time widget.
Facebook share integration stuff.
Swype keyboard.

Install it and you will see 5 folders
                                   Custom
                                   Drivers
                                   Firmwares
                                   Loaders
                                   X10Flasher_lib
take the firmware to the "Firmwares" folder
click on Falsh
Press Ok
it will ask you to connect your phone on Flashmode (turn off your phone, press the back button, then connect the USB) press OK

Just finished flashing the keyboard is the same as the Nordic firmware

it doesn't have any other app beside the lets golf, I'll update pictures in a second

Just to make it clear Backup & Restore and OI File Manager are NOT included (I download/installed those apps) and 2 minutes later I got the update for my Market

And the CRT animation ?!?!?!

CTR animation its gone, it now its an odd animation where it seems to bend (top to bottom) the screen, not impressive at all

I am gonna change from my X10 mini to the ARC and before I do I have questions about the issues it was having.

Was the major problems fixed such as the overheating and low battery life?

why does it need flashing?

And can some one give me the "need to know" about this phone ?
