Wt19i main camera problem

Hi,

whenever i take photo on my mobile, it focuses only the center portion of the canvas and all four corners are getting blurred. Whether it is a problem related to firmware or lens? i am attaching a sample photo, please comment.

Have you cleaned the lens? Might be dust on the sides of the lens which makes this.

If you have, try to repair the phone software via PC Companion:

Yes, I have cleaned the lens many times.

OK, I will try to repair the Phone using PC companion, later today.

By the way is there any help/steps to be followed available to repair? (I don't remember that I have seen a repair option in the PC companion, i will check today).

Not sure if there's a guide, but here's how you do it

Click Support Zone > Update phone software > Repair phone software.

Follow the guide.
