i am purchased a new xperia ray(st18i) from local shop 4-6-2012 after 2 months phone will not charge and hanged i am submitted my phone in sony ericsson service center12-8-2012 haldwani as fairdeal agencies they told me wait for some hours they will not find and solution for my phone they will send my phone to head office chennai to repair after 15 days phone recive with new motherboard( i think it is used charging port will be dusted) 26-8-2012 phone will delayed in startup in service center after 1 days phone will not able to switch on stucked in sony ericcson logo they send once again phone to chennai to repair in 29-8-2012 then i will not recive my phone in today(17-11-2012) i want my money back or brand new replacement help me
i m trying many time sony india helpline they will not help me they always told me parts are not available for my mobile
