My z3 c is D5833 model (thailand model) . I can charge my mobile phone normally in thailand electric current (220 volt) but while i was traveling in japan, my mobile can be charged until 70% and then stop. I think i might be related to the different electric current between 220v in Thailand and 110v of japan. (Adapter can accept 100-220v current, it is an original adaptor from the box)
Anyone has been experienced this before.. Please let me know why? And how can solve this problem
