Wifi and Bluetooth problem

Hi everybody,

I just got  Xperia Ray with Android 4.0.4. I have serious problems with Wifi. When I try to turn it on, it shows message on screen "Turning on Wi-Fi" and nothings happens, and it keeps showing "Turning on Wi-Fi" forever, i waited for 30 minutes and nothing happened. I think it shouldn't act like this normally?

Also same problem exist with Bluetooth. It shows  "Turning Bluetooth on..." until screen goes black and after resuming, it ask to turn on Bluetooth again...

Any help?

Have you attempted to run an update/repair on your handset?

I tried repairing with SUS, but it didn't helped.
I also noticed, that Radio also doesn't works. When i plug in headset, it shows loading and nothing happens no matter how long you wait.
