Do you know about some tool to check if the hardware works defectly before take the phone to customer care? sometimes the wi fi turns on after a restart for a while. Thanks a lot in advance.
The only tool would be the diagnostics tool within the device.
Menu > Settings > About Phone > Diagnostics > Phone Tests > Wifi
This should some indication as to the state of the Wifi component.
