Why isn't my phone speaker working?

I just got the Xpeia Neo L a day ago and the problem I'm having is that I can't hear if someone calls me or if I call someone instead I have to use my headphones or put my calls on speakerphone. Is it some setting I messed up or is it a technical issue? Please help me, I'm really worried,

You could try repair the phone software using PC Companion to check if it's a software glitch. If not I suggest that you have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
