Notification Panel slider is missing in W8

Hello All,

Please help me. Notification panel slider is missing in my phone (W8 E16i model) although status bar is there. We can see it but we can not drag it to downwards.

I have rebooted my phone, factory reset also has been done. But still it is missing. Please help me how i can activate it again.

Check if it can be fixed with a software repair via PC Companion.

If not, I think it needs to be examined and fixed at an repair center.
