When receive test, phone auto responds

Greetings,

I have one person (and only one) who, when they send me a text message, the phone automatically responds "I'm driving now.  I'll respond later."

Like I said - it only does this with one person and every time he texts me.

I need to know how to turn this off.

Which messaging app are you using?

I am using the messaging app that came with the phone.

Do you have any messaging/call filter/blocker?

There is nothing in the messaging setup for that.  There is a section for Message Tempplates and there is one in there that looks like the one that is being sent
