Hey Guys,
I know its an old and non supported phone, but maybe somebody can help me with it. When I want to bootup my phone, the keypad begins to glow but the screen remains black. I researched some stuff and it seems like a factory reset is the solution. But the problem is, I cannot reset via the Settingsmenu on the phone due to this blackscreen, and I cannot use the Sony PC Suite to use the repair function, because they do not support the old models anymore in there. Old versions of the PC Suite require prompt update if I open it up, with or without internet activated. Is there anything I can do?
