Water proof warning?

Why in my z1 sometimes its pop on my screen while im lestining music and browsing?? Its there wrong on my flaps? Is there sensor to detect not firmlyclosed??

Water gets in from the back where the flash light is located, but it doesn't pass through the orange rubber part where the battery is located, will that damage my Xperia ZR or is that  the way it works, i need help, thanks

I did not get the warnung message after cleaning data and opening flaps!

Alexander you are wrong, there are no Water proof sensors, all my flaps are closed and every time i turn my z1 on, i get the message, "please close the external connector covers to secure waterproofness" every time, when i click ok, then open a flap, i never then get the message again, no sensors, only some squares that go pink if water enters,

Sorry, there was quite the typo from my side. There are no sensors, not there are now sensors which i accidentally wrote. Sorry for misleading you. 

However as I also wrote, this massage are triggered from the Smart Connect app when you have used an accessories like the charger. When disconnecting the charger you will get this message the first time, since you have to open the flap to connect the charger.

I get that it is a basic or standard message that pops up if you charge your phone because you need to open the cover but is it normal even if I am using the magnetic charger dock that the message pops up even I remove it?
