There are no sensors that can detect if a flap is not firmly closed. However this can be shown after you have used some accessories where you need to open the flaps, for example the charges. When disconnects from the chargers you can get this message. If you don't want to see it again you can tick 'don't show this again' and press OK.
Sorry to dig up an old thread but was wondering how to reenable the popup warning the flaps are not closed and the phone is not waterproof. I clicked "Do not ask me again" by accident and cannot find how to reactivate this.
Thank you
DT
Go to setting/apps/all/ smart connect clear the data thats all
Thank you very much naciomclen!
I knew it was one of those but there are so many that I couldnt establish which one of them was the right one to clear
Is there any other way to check the waterproof status? I don't want the warning popping up, but I do want to explicitly check the waterproofing before using the phone in a scenario that would require it.
You should be able to see if you open the lids. There should be some squares, check if they are pink or white.Pink=water has entered, white=water has not entered.
Oh,if the seals are closed, there is a high chance.I suggest you visit a nearby sony centre for that.
I don't think there is an app for checking wet or not.
Don't forget to close the cover and check the joint completely tight or not every time you put it into water.
That's all.
If it gets wet in inner, it will work wierd. You don't need an app to tell you if wet or not.
