Want to purchase new battery for xperia neo l

want to buy new battery for xperia neo L as my current battery is not giving back up. I went to service centre but they denied to give me battery, as they only give to the customers having phone in battery period. 

i am facing problem of battery back up, please help me out.

search eBay for a battery for example here

i already ordered & received the same. But that also not giving back up, from ebay you will only get duplicate batteries.
