Hey, my system id upto date. The walkman dosent respond at times ( homescreen widget & the one when screen is locked). I touch next like 5 times nd by the time it responds it would have skipped 5 songs. Its kind of frustrating, so I guess u guys could look into the issue. Thank u.

Try settings-apps-all-walkman,clear data for both apps.Restart.

I have the same problem (with the addition that my FM radio doesn't play either because headphones are not detected). Cleared data and restarted phone but no change. 

Any other ideas?

Tried it but no luck. By the way like I posted it happens at times. Have the same issue with the earphones ( Sony earhones), my phone doesn't detect them anymore. No music no fm.
