can someone tell me about the third party apps that may harm my phone and cause bugs?

Yes,those apps are task killers,phone optimizers,battery savers,free RAM apps,even antivirus.

so snapchat and camera apps will not make bugs for my device?

No they should not. However it is always worth looking at the star rating and feedback provided by others when downloading an application to make sure you are not downloading one with problems.
